HistoryVirginia pilot boats were used extensively on the Chesapeake and evolved into the famed Baltimore clippers.
The ModelModified commercial design by Artesania Latina, scale 1:43, double plank on bulkhead construction of walnut, mahogany, Tanganyika, basswood, beech and cherry with brass fittings. Custom additions include detachable deckhouses and finished hatches and companionways. Fully rigged with handsewn antiqued sails. Custom oak stand signed by artist. Completed 2003. Length 21², height 18².
