HistoryBuilt at Mystic, Connecticut by R & J Palmer for Captain John H. Berry and named for his daughter. Launched June 6, 1866, she had a long fishing career sloop-rigged and later as a schooner, with auxiliary power added in 1915. Acquired and restored by Mystic Seaport Museum in 1969.
The ModelSuperb original ship model after Mystic Seaport restoration specifications. Plank on frame of scaled basswood stock on hull and deck. Cabin and fish-hold completely outfitted including bedding and pillows on berths. Hand carved transom name plate and hail board. Running/navigation lights are commercial components, otherwise all fittings by hand of artist, including an exquisite suit of sails by a Nova Scotia sail maker. Scale 1:16. Length overall 49 ? ³, Beam 13², Height to mast top 68². Custom case available.
