| The Artist | Mr. Payne is a retired maintenance supervisor who has been building ship models for 15 years, specializing in detailed live steam ship models. As a craftsman he has mastered the wide variety of woodworking and machining techniques necessary to build these ship models in his well-equipped basement workshop. |
